LIC Courthouse East Wing Renovations

This project entailed the interior renovation of 5,000 sq.ft. of space to create new courtroom space, judges chambers and office space for the district address office.

Also, interior restoration of the third floor courtroom, a grand double height space, including, restoration of finishes, new furniture and upgrade to NYC department of corrections spaces.
 
ConCost Associates provided schematics, design development, construction documents cost estimating for all architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues.
