Construction of a new 119,860 s.f. facility which includes classrooms, SGI rooms, media center (library), art & music rooms, science labs, cafetorium, gyms, computer labs,  and playgrounds for approx 750 Pre-K thru 8th grade students.

As cost consultant, ConCost was responsible for schematics, design development, construction documents cost estimating for all civil, landscaping, architectural, structural, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and electrical work
