Interior Renovation, Associated Exterior Improvements,

Concost Associates is providing cost estimating services for the total interior and exterior renovation of the Hudson County Improvement Authority seven-story building.

The original "Block Drug" Building, located at 257 Cornelison Avenue, will be renovated to serve various County departments. The conversion of this 320,000 SF existing building into a County Facility includes parking reconfiguration for employees and visitors, and storage space for the various departments. This major relocation is part of the County's plan for increased efficiency and consolidation.
