Biology & Biochemistry Annex Building
The design was developed using a modular plan
and a rational systems strategy for the HVAC
layout. The design calls for 100% air change
and lab support spaces located at optimal locations,
resulting in extremely efficient and cost effective
laboratory function.
As cost consultant, ConCost was responsible
for schematics, design development, construction
documents, cost estimating for all architectural,
mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues.
