Life Safety Upgrades: Sixteen (16) Public Schools
As a State designated "Abbott District",
Newark Public Schools were slated for various
priority life safety upgrades, including: new
roofing, electrical system upgrades, window
replacements, asbestos abatement, fire alarm
system upgrades, structural repairs, boiler
replacement, bringing facilities up to current
codes, and more.
ConCost was contracted as Cost Consultant for
architectural, structural, site/civil engineering,
M/E/P and fire protection.
