New Roberto Clemente Elementary School

This new 109,042-square-foot 2-story school facility will house 602 kindergarten through eighth grade students. The new facility is comprised of 31 classrooms, a gymnasium, cafetorium, and media center including separate workroom, music room, art room, computer lab, technology room, science lab, and life skills room.

Special features include a community center, community workroom, and community meeting room. Recreational areas include a basketball court, open area with interactive water features and outdoor play equipment area.

As cost consultant, ConCost was responsible for schematics, design development, construction documents cost estimating for all civil, landscaping, architectural, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and electrical.
