This 8,000 sf aesthetic dentistry clinic is part of a larger renovation for NYU’s dental school. Features include state-of-the-art conference center, high-end image lobby and waiting area, new entry and complete upgrade to the HVAC, plumbing and security systems.

As cost consultant, ConCost was responsible for schematics, design development and construction documents cost estimating for all architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues.
