New Facility

This new facility for the Village of Port Chester will be located on an under utilized portion of a public park, within a single family residential zone close to the Village Center. The Center building interior will be open and sunny, utilizing natural light for its qualities of life-enhancement as well as energy conservation. The main room will accommodate 200 people and will be used for serving meals, games, and for events and presentations. The room will be open to a terrace or garden area. The Center will also contain offices for management, a large kitchen serving the main space, an additional activity room (approx. 500 sf), a lounge and toilet facilities. A second floor will contain two more flexible and dividable rooms similar to the 600 sf room on the main floor, a boardroom, additional lounge area and toilets. The Theatre Section will accommodate 300 seats and will include a spacious lobby and multipurpose classrooms to serve various community functions.
