ConCost Associates is providing full cost estimating services for this new 16,000 square foot, two level facility on a 2.68 acre site will accommodate members of District One patrol, detectives and members of the Anti-Crime Unit. Initially, the facility will house 40 members, but is being designed to accommodate a future increase in staff and services. The facility will also serve as a template for future comparable facilities, and will be ADA compliant.
